I joined the Edina Planning commissioners meeting this evening and was thrilled with what I heard. An exciting opportunity was presented in the North West area of Edina.
A local developer presented an awesome and exciting opportunity he is working through with the City. More to come as the approval process is preliminary at this point.
A target market that currently has no choices in the Edina housing market will be pleased to be offered opportunities they currently do not have!
